Yersin Membership Card provides customers with numerous appealing incentives that help them save costs and bring benefits to themselves and their families.

Who is eligible for incentives?

Both existing and new customers without a Yersin membership card can participate in the program. When registering to open a new card or renew the card value, customers will receive:

• PROMOTION + 500,000 VND for Silver Card (with a deposit of at least 10,000,000 VND or upon opening a new card)
• PROMOTION + 1,000,000 VND for Gold Card (with a deposit of at least 20,000,000 VND or upon opening a new card)
• PROMOTION + 2,500,000 VND for Platinum Card (with a deposit of at least 50,000,000 VND or upon opening a new card)

The program is valid until March 31, 2024 for customers who book examination appointments through the hotline 0903 800 551 or the Online Examination fanpage.

How to obtain a YERSIN membership card

Yersin membership cards are issued to Vietnamese citizens with ID cards or foreigners with passports. Customers need to fill in all required information and sign the Yersin Membership Registration Form. Once registered, the card can be used immediately. Eligible parties for Yersin membership card benefits

Yersin membership cards are exclusively for customers visiting Yersin International General Clinic and cannot be used at other facilities or for commercial purposes. Each card is personalized with the individual's name and can only be used by the person who signed the Registration Form.

Note regarding the use of Yersin membership card:

• The offer does not apply to the cost of medicines, vaccinations, and consumables.
• Membership card benefits cannot be combined with other promotions at the Clinic simultaneously.
• The card is valid for one year.
• The card's value will gradually be deducted until exhausted. Additional payment is allowed if the service cost exceeds the remaining card value. The additional amount paid will still enjoy the card's preferential treatment.
