According to the Ministry of Health, over 60% of Vietnamese people aged 23–40 do not undergo regular health check-ups, and alarmingly, more than 75% of dangerous chronic diseases like fatty liver, diabetes, and high cholesterol show no obvious symptoms in their early stages.

Especially for young office workers, habits like staying up late, consuming oily and processed foods, lack of exercise, and chronic stress silently build up health risks you might not realize. Many only discover elevated liver enzymes, high cholesterol, excess blood lipids, or early-stage kidney issues after their body is exhausted and a comprehensive check-up reveals the problems.

Preparation before check-up:

• It is necessary to refrain from consuming food and beverages for a minimum of 8 hours before undergoing a blood test. However, drinking plain water is permissible during the fasting period.
• On the day of your blood test, please avoid taking any medications you usually use (such as diabetic medications). However, you may continue taking regular high blood pressure medication.
• To ensure accurate results during the abdominal ultrasound, please drink plain water and refrain from urinating.
• During X-ray and electrocardiogram procedures, it is advised to wear clothing without metal buttons and avoid wearing metal jewelry. This is to prevent any confusion, interference with image insertion, or interference with the electrocardiogram readings.

Necessary documents:

• Kindly remember to bring your Identity Card/Passport for both registration and verification. In the case of a child patient, please provide a copy of their Birth Certificate or Passport.
• It is important to bring any relevant Previous Medical Records (such as doctor's notes, X-ray films, ECG results, medical reports, prescriptions, or vaccination records).
• If you have an Insurance Card, please bring it with you.
• If you possess any Gift Vouchers, Gift Cards, or eVouchers from Yersin International Clinic, please bring them along.
